At Sunflare Saunas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your sauna experience isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused units in their original packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Sauna

    Carefully disassemble the unit and secure all components in the original crates or boxes to ensure the product is protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the sauna directly from your curbside at a scheduled time.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
