Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Due to the size of our units, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your sauna arrives in pristine condition.

Is professional installation required for home saunas?

Most of our infrared models feature a plug-and-play design that can be assembled by two adults in under 90 minutes. However, our traditional steam saunas may require a certified electrician for hardwiring.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your sauna in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.

Do Sunflare Saunas come with a warranty?

Yes, all our saunas include a limited lifetime warranty on heating elements and cabinetry, and a 2-year warranty on electrical components and labor.

Are your saunas energy efficient?
